Exchange Only – No Refunds:

Kalaamay does not offer money-back returns. Once the issue is confirmed over the video call, we will approve a one-time exchange for a different size or product of the same value.

Exchange Address Provided After Approval:

After your request is approved, we will share the official Kalaamay exchangeaddress. Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags.

Shipping Costs:
