We do not offer refunds, but we do provide a one-time exchange for size or product of the same value. To request an exchange, you must contact us within 72 hours of receiving the item and complete a video call verification. Please ensure the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags.

How do I initiate an exchange?

Do you offer refunds?

No, we do not offer refunds. We only provide a one-time exchange once the product has been verified via video call.

What kind of products are not eligible for exchange?

Items that arecustomized,on sale, or purchased during apromotional offerare not eligible for exchange.

Who bears the shipping cost for exchanges?

Customers are responsible for sending the product back to us. Kalaamay will cover the shipping charges for sending the exchanged product.

How long does it take to receive my exchanged item?

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we dispatch your exchanged item within5–7 business days.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use that link to monitor the delivery status.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

In the rare case of receiving a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and share unboxing images/videos. We will prioritize your exchange at no extra cost.
